Stefan Bogdan Dumitru ȘORCOATĂ
Stefan Bogdan Dumitru ȘORCOATĂ has over 18 years of experience within the company, having held various leadership roles, primarily in ALRO's Processed Aluminum Division. Since May 2024, he has been appointed as Interim Operations Director, with responsibilities that include implementing the company-approved investment projects aimed at diversifying the product range, increasing operational efficiency, and reducing the environmental footprint.
Ovidiu BĂLU
Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Conef SA as of 2023 Mr. Ovidiu BĂLU graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Specialization in Hydraulic Drives and Servomechanisms at the "Politehnica" University of Bucharest in 1998 as well as various courses both in the technical field and in the economic field or project management. He is co-author of a patent for "Plant for dry treatment of pitch vapor" and graduated the MBA program "Economic Development of Enterprises" - organized by the National Institute for Economic Development Bucharest (INDE) within ASE Bucharest in collaboration with CNAM Paris.
Razvan POP
Graduate of the Aurel Vlaicu Faculty – Arad, specialization in Mechanical Engineering – Railway Transport section, with numerous trainings in extrusion, soft skills and consultancy between 2003 and 2019. Since 2008 he has been part of the Vimetco Extrusion team, as Operational Director and General Manager, proving a special involvement that led to visible results in the organization and profitability of the company, until 2017.

Mr. Silviu Octavian MATEESCU graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics, Specialised in Machine Building Technology from the University of Craiova, in 1993, as well as various courses both in the technical field and in the economic field or project management.
He graduated the MBA program "Economic Development of Enterprises" - organized by the National Institute for Economic Development Bucharest (INDE) within ASE Bucharest in collaboration with CNAM Paris, Academic Studies in Metallurgy, at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, National Expert in General Management and Industrial Management Consultancy, at the Association of Terotechnics and Terotechnology Bucharest.
Ionel UNGUREANU
Graduate of the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, specialization in Non-Ferrous Metallurgy at the "Politehnica" University of Bucharest in 2003 and of the EMBA program at the Institute of Business Administration – Bucharest in 2018. Since 2003 he has been part of the ALRO team, and in 2007 he started the development of new projects in the field of casting slabs for the aeronautical industry, with outstanding results.
