Graduate of the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, specialization in Non-Ferrous Metallurgy at the "Politehnica" University of Bucharest in 2003 and of the EMBA program at the Institute of Business Administration – Bucharest in 2018. Since 2003 he has been part of the ALRO team, and in 2007 he started the development of new projects in the field of casting slabs for the aeronautical industry, with outstanding results. Coordinator of the teams and processes within the Foundry section, with the role of ensuring the proper functioning of the production processes in this section, occupying the position of head of section from 2014 to 2024.
