Amendments for Current Reports no. 59/15.10.2024, no. 68/15.11.2024 and no. 72/24.12.2024

Significant event to be reported: Amendments for Current Reports no. 59/15.10.2024, no. 68/15.11.2024 and 
no. 72/24.12.2024

 

Report regarding the modification of the information related to the legal documents reported previously in the second semester of year 2024, respectively in Current Reports no. 59/15.10.2024, no. 68/15.11.2024 and no. 72/24.12.2024, as follows:

In Current Report no. 59/15.10.2024, regarding the reporting of transactions with related parties according to art. 108 paragraph 3 and paragraph 13 of Law no. 24/2017 – Republished, carried out between of ALRO S.A. and VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L.:

              Annex 1 - Reporting of transactions carried out during the period 1st August– 30th September 2024; 

At entry 2 corresponding to the legal document Contract no. 441/29.03.2024 concluded with VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L., the amount from the column named “Amount (RON)”, respectively RON 5,868,816 is amended and replaced with the correct value: “RON 5,923,964”;

Thus, the value of the acquisitions carried out during the period 1st August – 30th September 2024 is amended from RON 29,619,176 to RON 29,674,324, and the total value of the transactions carried out during the period 1st August – 30th September 2024 is amended from RON 29,701,240 to RON 29,756,388.

In Current Report no. 68/15.11.2024, regarding the reporting of transactions with related parties according to art. 108 paragraph 3 and paragraph 13 of Law no. 24/2017 – Republished, carried out between of ALRO S.A. and VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L.:

              Annex 1 - Reporting of transactions carried out during the period 1st – 31st October 2024; 

At entry 4 corresponding to the legal document Contract no. 974/30.08.2024 concluded with VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L., the amount from the column named “Amount (RON)”, respectively RON 1,112,054 is amended and replaced with the correct value: “RON 0”;

Thus, the value of the acquisitions carried out during the period 1st – 31st October 2024 is amended from RON 27,898,126 to RON 26,786,072, and the total value of the transactions carried out during the period 1st – 31st October 2024 is amended from RON 27,947,756 to RON 26,835,702.

In Current Report no. 72/24.12.2024, regarding the reporting of transactions with related parties according to art. 108 paragraph 3 and paragraph 13 of Law no. 24/2017 – Republished, carried out between of ALRO S.A. and VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L.:

              Annex 1 - Reporting of transactions carried out during the period 1st – 30th November 2024; 

At entry 2 corresponding to the legal document Contract no. 1204/15.10.2024 concluded with VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L., the amount from the column named “Amount (RON)”, respectively RON 5,694,902 is amended and replaced with the correct value: “RON 5,725,922”;

Thus, the value of the acquisitions carried out during the period 1st – 30th November 2024 is amended from RON 12,702,217 to RON 12,733,237, and the total value of the transactions carried out during the period 1st – 30th November 2024 is amended from RON 12,731,541 to RON 12,762,561.

 

The other information of the aforementioned Reports remain valid. The same amendments are made to the Romanian version.
