Amendment for Current Report no. 28/29.04.2024 (ALRO S.A. & VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L.)

Report regarding the modification of the information related to the legal documents reported previously in the first semester of year 2024, respectively in Current Report no. 28/29.04.2024, as follows:

In Current Report no. 28/29.04.2024, regarding the reporting of transactions with related parties according to art. 108 paragraph 3 and paragraph 13 of Law no. 24/2017 – Republished, carried out between of ALRO S.A. and VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L.:

Annex 1 - Reporting of transactions carried out during the period 1st – 31st March 2024;

At entry 1 corresponding to the legal document Contract no.1312/15.12.2023 concluded with VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L.,the amount from the column named “Amount (RON)”, respectively RON 2,185,074 is amended and replaced with the correct value: “RON 2,185,051”;

At entry 4 corresponding to the legal document Contract no. 59/15.01.2024 concluded with VIMETCO MANAGEMENT ROMANIA S.R.L., the amount from the column named “Amount (RON)”, respectively RON 475,162 is amended and replaced with the correct value: “RON 0”;

Thus, the value of the transactions carried out during the period 1st– 31st March 2024 is amended from RON 11,537,368 to RON 11,062,183.

The other information of the aforementioned Report remain valid. The same amendment is made to the Romanian version.
